How does pricing work?+

Per seat. Every rep gets their own monthly credit allotment (1 credit = 1 contact scored) to score their own territory list. Unused credits roll over to the next month, capped at 2× your monthly allowance (so you can bank up to two months' worth), and you can top up any plan at $0.20 / credit.

Is the free sample really free?+

Yes — score up to 250 contacts on your own list with no card. It's a one-time sample to prove the lift before you pay, not a recurring tier.

Monthly or annual?+

Either. Annual saves 20% — switch with the toggle above. Annual also pulls your daily live-list habit forward a full year.

What's the 30-day guarantee?+

If dialing only your Live-scored numbers doesn't beat your prior connect rate within 30 days, that month is free. The free sample is the first proof; the guarantee covers the rest.

Do you charge per call?+

No. We're metered in scoring credits, per seat. Liveline never places calls — your reps and your own dialer do — so there are no per-call or telephony charges from us.

What if I need more volume?+

Scale adds more credits per seat and premium controls; Enterprise adds volume per-seat pricing, custom credit allotments, SSO & SLAs. Top-ups are always $0.20 / credit.
